Fee Arrangements

We will develop and present your workshop for a fixed-fee, in which we will include the following:

We will consult with you in person (for local charities) or by phone to determine your objectives for the workshop, and the level of background of the participants. This will permit us to properly customize your presentation.

We will carefully review your brochures and other text material, donor and "client" photos, to determine what information about your organization and what graphics we can incorporate into the workshop slides. This will allow us to make a subtle case for your organization in terms of its operations, its financial needs, and the need for planned giving, as part of the overall estate planning and planned giving educational process.

We will then prepare a customized Powerpoint (TM) slide presentation, to serve as the guide for the presentation.

We provide our own laptop computers, projection and wireless-mike equipment for the presentation.

We also provide customized handouts for the participants.

Your organization will be responsible for all costs of promotion; rental of workshop facilities (including projection screen and house sound system); long distance telephone and overnight courier charges; and airfare and hotel charges, if applicable.

In the event we present more than one workshop for your organization during the same visit, or on different visits during a 12-month period, we will gladly grant a discount from the normal per-workshop fee.
